Embodying Archetypes

A Somatic Exploration for Women

Casa Luna Studio · Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv

In this gentle, trauma-informed workshop, we will explore different inner qualities through the lens of archetypes — universal patterns that live both in the collective unconscious and within each of us, sometimes waiting for more space to be felt and expressed.

Rather than approaching them through analysis, we’ll meet them through the body:

through movement, sensation, breath, and awareness.

You’ll be guided to experience selected archetypal energies (such as boundaries, openness, intuition, or strength) and notice how they live in you — and how they can support you in your everyday life.

This is a space of curiosity and exploration, where nothing needs to be performed or shared beyond your comfort.

You may leave with:

• a deeper connection to your body and its language

• access to supportive inner qualities

• a felt sense of expansion, balance, and possibility

No prior experience needed.

Who is this for?

This workshop is for women who feel deeply and are curious about exploring themselves through the body rather than only through the mind.

It’s especially supportive if you sense there are different qualities within you — like strength, softness, or clarity — that don’t always have space to be expressed, and you’d like to meet them in a gentle, embodied way.
