Somatic practices focus on physical sensations and the body’s role in storing and processing emotions. During the discovery call, we’ll explore your needs, goals and concerns to discuss the most suitable approach, whether it’s Somatic Experiencing, Coaching, Trauma-sensitive yoga, or a combination.

Unlike conventional yoga classes, trauma-sensitive yoga (TCTSY) emphasizes safety, self-agency, and choice. Movements are offered as gentle invitations rather than directives, empowering participants to decide what feels right for their body in the moment. There are no hands-on adjustments, and the focus is on mindful awareness and embodiment rather than achieving specific postures. TCTSY creates a supportive environment where individuals can reconnect with their bodies and build a sense of empowerment, making it especially suited for those who have experienced trauma.

Wear comfortable, loose clothing that allows for free movement. In in-person sessions, yoga mats and props (such as blankets, pillows, and blocks) are provided. For online sessions, you are invited to have your own mat and desired props ready.

Sessions typically last 60 minutes. The frequency depends on your goals, but most clients benefit from weekly or biweekly sessions.

Single sessions are 360 NIS in-person and 300 NIS online.
If you feel called to commit to a process, I offer a 5-session package at a reduced rate:
• 1,600 NIS in-person (320 NIS per session)
• 1,300 NIS online (260 NIS per session)I also keep a few sliding scale spaces for those who may need more financial flexibility.
