THE WILDFLOWER JOURNEY TO EMBODIED RESILIENCE

27 October – 8 December 2025 · Old Jaffa, Israel

A Nervous-System-Informed Somatic Journey for Sensitive Women

A Circle of Embodiment, Healing & Gentle Empowerment

In the soft light of autumn, when the air itself invites slowing down and grounding, we gather as women to reconnect with what sustains us from within — the quiet strength that lives in the body.

The Wildflower Journey to Embodied Resilience is a 7-week, in-person somatic course for women who long to feel at home in their bodies, understand and regulate their nervous system, and grow inner resilience gently — without pushing, without force.

This journey isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering that you were never broken — and learning to live, move, and relate from that embodied knowing.

What Does Embodied Resilience Mean?

To be resilient doesn’t mean to toughen up.
It means learning to bend without breaking — like a wildflower that knows how to root deeply, rest when needed, and turn again toward the light.

Embodied resilience is the capacity to stay connected to yourself — even when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.
It’s the ability to feel your emotions without drowning in them, to hold boundaries without closing off, to trust your body’s signals, and to come back to a sense of safety and choice.

Through body-based awareness, gentle movement, and mindful connection, we tune to our needs, we re-learn the language of our own nervous system — and how to respond to life from grounded presence rather than survival reflex. And most importantly, we put this into the practice — after identifying which practices make the biggest difference for us we integrate them to our daily routine.

What to Expect

Each session offers a blend of:
- Somatic Experiencing® – gentle tools to regulate and restore the nervous system
- Somatic & Trauma-Informed Yoga – movement that feels safe, slow, and deeply restorative

- Nature-based & Creative Practices – journaling, archetypes, and sensory connection

You’ll also receive:

- access to a printable Wildflower Somatics Workbook
- audio and video practices for home use
- an integration week for rest, reflection, or optional dyadic work

Why Join

This course may be for you if you:
- feel sensitive, anxious, or easily overwhelmed
- are recovering from burnout, heartbreak, or life transitions
- long to understand your nervous system and feel more regulated
- want to strengthen embodied boundaries and self-trust
- yearn to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm and wisdom

This is a small, intimate group (max 7 women) held in a cozy Old Jaffa studio — a space where sensitivity is seen as strength, and every woman is invited to move at the pace that feels right for her.

The Environment

Our circle meets in ANU Studio, Old Jaffa — a warm and welcoming space that holds both depth and softness.
Here, we practice attunement: to our own rhythm, to each other, and to the wider cycles of nature that remind us how healing unfolds — slowly, organically, in seasons.

The Guidance

Guided by Šárka Soudková, certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach for Women, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator.

Šárka’s work weaves together body, psyche, and soul — offering a grounded, science-informed, and heart-led approach to nervous system healing and feminine embodiment.
Her way of guiding is gentle, inclusive, and rooted in the belief that safety grows through connection, not through striving.
