THE WILDFLOWER JOURNEY TO EMBODIED RESILIENCE
22 April – 3 June 2026 · Old Jaffa, Israel
A Nervous-System-Informed Somatic Journey for Sensitive Women
A Circle of Embodiment, Healing & Gentle Empowerment
After the Passover the days grow warmer and life moves faster around us, this journey offer the place to slow down inside - to reconnect with your body, your breath, and the quiet strength that supports you from within - the felt sense of “I have my back”. We gather as conscious women to cultivate embodied resilience: the capacity to stay present, regulated, and connected as outer world is demanding and intense.
The Wildflower Journey to Embodied Resilience is a 7-week, in-person somatic course for women who long to feel at home in their bodies, understand and regulate their nervous system, and grow inner resilience gently — without pushing, without force.
This journey isn’t about fixing yourself.
It’s about remembering that you were never broken — and learning to live, move, and relate from that embodied knowing.
What Does Embodied Resilience Mean?
To be resilient doesn’t mean to toughen up.
It means learning to bend without breaking — like a wildflower that knows how to root deeply, rest when needed, and turn again toward the light.
Embodied resilience is the capacity to stay connected to yourself — even when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.
It’s the ability to feel your emotions without drowning in them, to hold boundaries without closing off, to trust your body’s signals, and to come back to a sense of safety and choice.
Through body-based awareness, gentle movement, and mindful connection, you will be invited to tune to your needs, re-learn the language of your own nervous system — and explore how to respond to life from grounded presence rather than survival reflex. And most importantly, we put this into the practice — after identifying which practices make the biggest difference for you, you will be supported and encouraged to integrate them to your daily routine.

Why Join
This journey might be for you if…
You often feel anxious or overwhelmed.
You find yourself on high alert, scanning for what might go wrong — even when everything seems fine. Your body struggles to rest, your mind doesn’t stop spinning.
You’re recovering from burnout, heartbreak, or a major life shift.
You’ve been the strong one for too long. You know how to care for others but find it harder to slow down, feel, and truly care for yourself.
You want to strengthen your boundaries and self-trust.
You said yes again when your whole body was whispering no. You take on more at work or at home, then feel resentment or exhaustion later — wondering how to break the pattern.
You long to feel at home in your body.
You’ve done therapy, read the books, understood the patterns — but something still feels missing. You want to embodywhat you know.
You want to understand your nervous system and stop fighting it.
You’re curious about somatic healing — how your body, mind, and emotions can move together toward regulation, rest, and resilience.
If this speaks to you, you’ll find a gentle, supportive space here — an intimate group (max 7 women) where sensitivity is welcomed as strength, and where you can move at the pace that feels safe and right for you.
The Environment
Our circle meets in ANU Studio, Old Jaffa — a cozy and welcoming space that holds both depth and softness.
Here, we practice attunement: to our own rhythm, to each other, and to the wider cycles of nature that remind us how healing unfolds — slowly, organically, in seasons. One integrative gathering will happen outside, on the Old Jaffa hill, during the sunset.
The Guidance
Guided by Šárka Soudková, certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, Trauma-Informed Somatic Coach for Women, and Trauma-Sensitive Yoga Facilitator.
Šárka’s work weaves together body, psyche, and soul — offering a grounded, science-informed, and heart-led approach to nervous system healing and feminine embodiment.
Her way of guiding is gentle, inclusive, and rooted in the belief that safety grows through connection, not through striving.
