Trilogy of Somatic Masterclasses
A 3‑part, in‑person workshop series for women
Casa Luna Studio · Neve Tzedek, Tel Aviv
There comes a moment in healing when more information or insight is not what you need most; you need a nervous‑system shift. This trilogy invites you to move, feel, and integrate — to deepen embodiment rather than intellectualise it.
If you sense a yearning for a fully body‑based, experiential space to soften, land and reconnect, this series may be for you. Each workshop is a 90‑minute somatic immersion combining guided movement, nervous‑system awareness, rest and choice‑based reflection.
No previous experience with yoga or somatics is required. Come as you are, with the body you have today.

Structure of each workshop
Each session follows a gentle, nervous‑system informed arc:
Arrival & orientation (10–15 min)
Grounding and a short introduction to the theme.
A brief somatic arrival practice to help you settle into the body and the space.
Somatic movement & embodied exploration (45–50 min)
The heart of the workshop: slow, trauma‑informed somatic movement and sensory exploration.
Practices include micro‑movement, breath, spatial awareness, and guided embodiment sequences that invite regulation and curiosity.
Reflection & integration (20 min)
Time for journaling, paired reflection, or brief optional sharing.
Somatic inquiry prompts to help you notice what has shifted and what feels resourced.
Rest & closing (5–10 min)
A guided rest to settle the nervous system and integrate the experience.
This is not a yoga class in the conventional sense, nor a group therapy session. It is an experiential, practice‑based space where movement becomes a pathway to regulation, safety and lived resilience.
Workshop themes
ROOT — Grounding, Safety & Belonging in the Body
Date: 29 November 2025
ROOT is for those who feel anxious, ungrounded, or disconnected from their bodies. The work focuses on orienting, grounding and developing somatic containment so that sensations of safety can be felt and remembered in the tissues.
In this workshop you will practise slow orienting, sensory grounding, and micro‑movements that teach the nervous system: “I am here,” “I can rest,” and “I belong inside myself.” The aim is capacity: safety that lives in the body, not only in the mind.
RISE — Boundaries, Self‑Trust & Embodied Choice
Date: 27 December 2025
RISE is for those who regularly override their needs, say yes when their body says no, or lose themselves in relationships and responsibilities. This workshop focuses on embodied boundary work: sensing where your energy begins and ends, and learning how to take up the space that is yours.
Through somatic movement, boundary mapping and practical embodied exercises you will explore what consent, collapse and empowerment feel like in your body. The work supports self‑trust and the nervous system conditions that allow you to choose with clarity.
BLOOM — Connection, Co‑regulation & Nervous‑System Nourishment
Date: 24 January 2026
BLOOM focuses on relational safety and co‑regulation: how your nervous system responds in the presence of others, and how connection can be a source of nourishment rather than depletion.
This workshop includes partner‑based practices, shared rhythm and gentle exercises for receiving and giving support while staying grounded in your own felt sense. It is an invitation to practise being with others while remaining embodied.
Who is this for?
This trilogy is intended for women who:
feel sensitive, anxious or easily overwhelmed
are recovering from burnout, heartbreak or life transitions
have knowledge of healing but want to embody it more fully
want in‑person, experiential practice after years of digital life
are ready to move from managing symptoms to practicing somatic regulation
If you are curious but unsure whether to join one workshop or the full series, you may attend single sessions or follow the whole arc for deeper integration.
