Wildflower Somatic Circle

A monthly circle for women remembering their wholeness

❋ DATES 2026
Saturday, September 26
Monday, October 26
Wednesday, November 25
Wednesday, December 23

A space to slow down, to listen inward.

To move, create, reflect and to be witnessed.

To meet yourself beyond the roles you carry every day.

The Wildflower Circle is a monthly gathering for women who are longing for a little more space to be fully themselves.

It is inspired by the Heroine's Journey: the journey of leaving behind the ways we have learned to belong, reconnecting with the parts of ourselves we may have lost or left behind, and gradually returning to a more whole and authentic sense of self. You don't need to know anything about the Heroine's Journey to join. It is more than enough if you are simply curious about yourself.

❋ Intentional Structure

In the circle you will experience guided moments, open exploration, and space to reflect, to be creative in your own way, so the experience feels both focused and fluid.

❋ Collaborative Energy

Connection is a core part of the circle. You might learn just as much from the group as from the content itself.

❋ Experienced Facilitator

Circle is led by Šárka, experienced somatic guide and trauma-informed practitioner, who knows how to hold space safe enough to embrace everyone’s rhythm, while keeping things moving with purpose.

❋ A Supportive Space

The Wildflower circle prioritizes authenticity, safety, and respect, so you can show up as you are, engage in your own capacity, and make your own embodied choices, with no pressure to perform in any way.

What happens in a Wildflower Circle?

Each gathering follows a gentle rhythm of embodiment, reflection and connection.

We might explore:

  • gentle somatic movement and embodied awareness

  • creative practices such as journaling, drawing or free movement

  • archetypal stories and themes from the Heroine's Journey

  • questions for personal reflection

  • an optional sharing and listening circle

  • moments of stillness, integration and rest

  • There is no expectation to perform, share, be positive or have an insight.

You are welcome to participate in the way that feels right for you.

Sometimes that might mean speaking.
Sometimes listening.
Sometimes moving.
Sometimes lying still.

The invitation is to become curious about what is true for you in this moment.

This circle might be for you if...

✨ You're curious about somatics, but aren't quite sure where to start.

✨ Life has been busy, stressful or overwhelming, and you long for somewhere to slow down and decompress.

✨ You feel you've lost touch with yourself a little beneath work, relationships, caregiving or everyday responsibilities.

✨ You want to reconnect with your body in a way that is gentle, playful and free from pressure to perform.

✨ There are parts of yourself - your creativity, sensuality, playfulness, dreams, needs or inner voice - that you'd like to give more space to.

✨ You are navigating a transition and sense that something new is emerging, even if you don't yet know what it is.

✨ You are looking for connection with women who value depth, authenticity and gentleness.

✨ You want community, but perhaps a quieter, slower and more spacious kind of community.

A space for your whole self

You don't have to arrive here happy.

You are not expected to arrive healed.

There is no need to leave your difficult feelings at home.

The Wildflower Circle makes room for the full landscape of being human: our joys and sorrows, hopes and disappointments, ambitions and uncertainties, old dreams and newly emerging ones.

You can come exactly as you are.

And perhaps, through being witnessed and meeting yourself with a little more curiosity and kindness, something inside you begins to remember:

I don't have to become someone else in order to belong.

Why the Heroine's Journey? Maureen Murdock's Heroine's Journey offers a map for a journey many women recognise in their own lives: moving away from over-identification with externally defined roles and ways of being, descending into a deeper relationship with ourselves, and gradually reclaiming and integrating the parts we have left behind. For me, this is ultimately a journey of remembering wholeness. The Wildflower Circle is an embodied exploration of this journey. Rather than simply talking about the archetypes and stages, we explore them through the body, movement, imagination, creativity, reflection and relationship with other women. The themes will evolve throughout the year, inviting us to explore qualities such as instinct, belonging, boundaries, desire, creativity, inner authority, grief, rest and integration.

“It felt like a very gentle and welcoming way to slow down and connect with ourselves... watching the sunset so we could feel connected to nature at the same time.”

"I experienced the circle energetically very positive and medicinal. I can see the magic of the continuous gathering and deeper understanding & development of ourselves and others through a somatic healing circle like this." 🤍

Your facilitator

I'm Šárka, a trauma-informed somatic practitioner, Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, trauma-sensitive yoga facilitator and somatic yoga teacher. I've been accompanying women through body-based practices and trauma-sensitive work for many years.

The Wildflower Circle brings together many of the threads that have been part of my work for a long time: somatics, movement, creativity, archetypal work, nervous-system awareness, nature connection and the belief that we don't need to fix ourselves in order to become whole.

We can create the conditions to remember what is already there.
