Somatic Yoga Online
A gentle space to come back home to your body — from the comfort of your home.
These online somatic yoga classes are an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, breath, and nervous system awareness.
You don’t need any previous experience with yoga or somatics. This practice is accessible, supportive, and especially welcoming for beginners and those who prefer a slower, more embodied approach.
The women currently joining are in their 30s to 70s — and each body is welcome exactly as it is.

How the classes are guided
Classes are primarily led in English, with clear, gentle guidance.
Depending on the participants, Hebrew guidance may also be included when helpful, so you can feel safe and supported in understanding the practice.
Online from your home
All you need is:
a quiet space where you can move comfortably
a yoga mat or soft surface
a pillow or folded blanket
Zoom on your phone or computer
No special equipment. No performance. Just space to arrive as you are.

About your guide
Šárka Soudková is a somatic yoga teacher and practitioner, guiding women into a more gentle and connected relationship with their bodies.
She has been teaching yoga since 2012 and is a certified Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, with a trauma-informed approach to movement and nervous system support.
Her work weaves together slow, mindful yoga, somatic awareness, and an understanding of the nervous system — always respecting each person’s pace and individuality.
Originally from Prague and now based in Tel Aviv, Šárka creates spaces that are calm, supportive, and welcoming for women at all stages of life.
